Trish FMy first interaction with Laceleaf was on a Monday morning and the woman happened to answer the phone from home. She was extremely patient with all my questions especially when I asked about EZ-gel. It was something I had never heard of before and sounded so interesting to me that that was what I ended up doing the next day. When I arrived the next day Desiree did my service. Also extremely patient with all I was asking. The procedure uses your own blood so getting blood drawn is involved. Every step was very professional and sanitary. Natalee SOver the years have been to many high end spas to the extreme other end of Groupon discounts. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with fillers & botox. From the time I entered Emily at the front was attentive & had a great bubbly personality! I didn’t feel intimated as I have at other places. I was comfortable right away. When Desiree entered she is beautiful but warm & non-judgemental. Options were discussed since there are so many now a day. I told her my high end budget for the day to keep it real and Desiree worked a plan together to be everything I could ask for. That’s not to say I would have loved to do much more but with a budget I was able to have almost everything on this visit. I was made to feel so comfortable because Desiree is so knowledgable I even asked at the end about another area on the face and it was so minor Desiree was accommodating to add after she was done with ease & kindness. Desiree allowed me to be myself and I was asking questions between different follow-up appointment & treatment that I booked again in just 3 weeks. This is for micro-needling and others have stated I should try for about 4 years however I never understood or it was explained above my understanding and the costs of stating I would need to be pushed into a package with others the costs & time were not something I was comfortable to commit my time or dollars. After speaking with Desiree, she explained the differences and what I actually needed and I booked the appointment. I could not say enough about these two ladies as they were absolutely wonderful today, especially considering I woke up this morning and decided to do this and it was a last-minute appointment. I was never rushed, and even extra time was given for numbing of my lips to make sure I would be comfortable. Some stories are about timing. Others are about vision. Lisa Rezvan is fueled by both—and by the boldness to chase a dream across the country and build something truly extraordinary.
In 2022, while living in Los Angeles, Lisa felt a calling toward a new chapter. Surrounded by the high standards and refinement of LA’s beauty and wellness industry, she developed a clear vision: to bring that same elevated luxury, intention, and quality of care to Florida.
Not just the aesthetic, but the experience—the meticulous detail, the warmth, the results, and the uncompromising level of excellence.
That April, she filed her articles of incorporation. By July, she had sold her home on Mulholland Drive in Bel Air, packed her life into boxes, and moved across the country—driven by determination, faith, and the profound support of her family.
Lisa is a proud mother of three—two grown, thriving sons and a young daughter who inspires her daily. Their love, resilience, and encouragement became the foundation that fueled her leap and continues to guide her journey.
What followed was transformational.
Lisa didn’t simply open a medspa—she built Laceleaf from the ground up, infusing every detail with purpose. From the physical design to the curated services, from patient care standards to staff culture, Laceleaf reflects her passion for creating a luxurious, client-centered aesthetic and wellness experience unlike anything else in the region.
In July 2024, Laceleaf MedSpa officially opened its doors in Wesley Chapel, and the community welcomed it with open arms. In under a year, demand skyrocketed. Laceleaf rapidly expanded, adding new providers, estheticians, and advanced treatments—all while maintaining the signature standards of excellence Lisa envisioned from the start.
Today, Lisa continues to lead Laceleaf with heart, vision, and relentless dedication.
Her mission remains unwavering: to elevate confidence, transform lives, and deliver the most exceptional medspa experience in Florida—rooted in love, intention, and family.

We are thrilled to welcome Desiree Lamb to the Laceleaf MedSpa team! Desiree is a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both medical and aesthetic care. Certified in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced wellness therapies, she is passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best.
With a strong background in preoperative, perioperative, and cosmetic care, Desiree focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of safety and precision. Beyond her clinical expertise, she is dedicated to patient education and delivering results that inspire confidence.
Desiree also proudly served our country in the U.S. Army National Guard, where she built leadership and teamwork values that continue to guide her practice today.

With a background in urgent care, primary care, and high-level aesthetic medicine, Nour blends clinical expertise with an artistic eye—creating beautifully natural, confidence-boosting results for every client she treats.
Known for her gentle technique, calm presence, and commitment to safety, Nour has quickly become a client favorite. She is highly skilled in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, Kybella, and facial balancing, but her absolute favorite treatment—and her signature specialty—is Sculptra. She loves how Sculptra works beneath the surface to stimulate collagen, restore youthful structure, and deliver long-lasting, natural radiance.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Emmy attended the Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy to purse her passion for beauty and skincare. Emmy’s love for the industry started with her own skin journey and led to her becoming a licensed esthetician to help others enhance their own natural beauty. With a passion for learning all about the newest products and procedures her skills range from chemical peels and dermaplaining, to brow laminations, lash lifts, and lash extensions! When Emmy’s not in the esthetician room she’s assisting the Nurse Practitioner, administrating wellness shots, or helping patients at the front!

Emily is dedicated to boosting her clients’ confidence by addressing their unique skin concerns, all while providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Beyond facial services, she supports the spa by administering wellness shots and guiding clients in and out of the spa, ensuring a seamless visit for every client.
